Head of Marketing

During the last two years, VONQ transitioned from a customer centric business to a product leadership company. We introduced new marketing methods, implemented marketing automation tooling and created a fully inbound marketing engine. Now we have a solid basis we want to take the next step: a SaaS product marketing approach. As our Head of Marketing you will make a huge impact on this journey!
Life of VONQ’s Head of Marketing
You have one clear goal: you own the voice of VONQ and work with the marketing team to create more awareness for our product in Europe and convert that to marketing qualified leads. In this leadership position you head up our marketing and define the marketing message and strategy around our product. You will be reporting to the COO and work closely with key stakeholders, such as the CEO, head of product and local Sales Leaders. Next to that you empower your team to bring creative ideas to the table.
Your key responsibilities:
- You will own and shape the story of VONQ, the products and messaging across all our marketing collateral
- You will shape and determine VONQ’s Product Marketing strategy together with the marketing team
- Research and build marketing plans for existing and new, emerging industries and markets targeted for our SaaS platform
- Constantly monitor our market and keep an eye on our competition and their marketing efforts by conducting competitive analysis.
- Build up relationships with key market influencers to educate them on the vision and strategy of VONQ
- Coach, guide and assist the team to transform bright ideas into impactful marketing assets
How do you fit into the VONQ family picture?

- At least 7+ years experience with B2B marketing in an international SaaS environment;
- A proven track record of creating company stories and messaging and converting this in successful inbound marketing strategies that resulted in substantial growth
- Skills to be a true, inspirational leader - someone with a ‘been there, done that’ attitude, who is eager to sit down next to the team to create impact in the market
- We heavily rely on content and knowledge leadership in our sales & marketing approach. Therefore you have excellent English copywriting skills with a keen visual eye!
